Hong Kong Disneyland Adds More Magic and Exclusive Treats to the Summer Pass
(HONG KONG, August 4, 2006) - Hong Kong Disneyland's Summer Pass holders have even more magical reasons to smile this month as the Park launches a series of exclusive treats and activities destined to surprise and delight.
Summer Pass holders - who can have unlimited visits to Hong Kong Disneyland from now until September 28, 2006 - will be able to enjoy exclusive and extended evening attraction time plus encounters with their favorite Disney characters at the Summer Pass Fantasyland Extravaganza during the month of August. They can also purchase the limited edition, Summer 2006 commemorative pin collection - that is limited to just 300 sets. And as the ultimate reward, the top 20 Summer Pass holders who have visited the Park the most during summer will receive a Disney Magic Vacation that is worth over HK$11,000.

An Exclusive Summer Pass Fantasyland Extravaganza
Summer Pass holders can enjoy all the fun and enchantment of Fantasyland by night as it extends the operation hours exclusive for them from 8:30pm to 10:00pm. From August 8 through September 1, every Tuesday and Friday,
Summer Pass holders can immerse themselves in Disney's classic fairytales as the stories spring to life. The attractions in Fantasyland* will stay open and guests can take pictures with characters against the backdrop of a glowing Sleeping Beauty Castle. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse will appear in their never-before-seen summer attire and spend the special evenings mingling with the Summer Pass holders under the stars.
In addition, Summer Pass holders will have the chance to meet Disney characters they've only seen on stage and screen as they make their debut at the Summer Pass Fantasyland Extravaganza. Guests can meet and be photographed with characters from Disney's classic feature animations such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and the Beast, Hercules and Toy Story. Hong Kong Disneyland's famous "Streetmosphere" will further add to the enchantment of the evening as lively music fills the air with magic.
Limited Edition Summer 2006 Commemorative Pin Collection
Summer Pass holders can enjoy the exclusive privilege of purchasing the limited edition Summer 2006 commemorative pins at Professor Porter's Trading Post in Adventureland upon presentation of their Summer Pass. The limited edition pins comprise a series of four designs, which are priced at HK$45 each. The first design will be available for purchase on August 7.
The following three designs will be available on August 21, September 4 and September 18. A complimentary display case for the pin set will be presented to Summer Pass holders upon the purchase of all four commemorative pins.
Magical Vacations for the Top 20 Summer Pass Holders
As an ultimate reward for supporting Hong Kong Disneyland's first summer, the top 20 Summer Pass holders who have visited the Park the most times between July 1 and September 28 will receive a Disney Magic Vacation that is worth over HK$11,000 at the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Each winner will be entitled to one night's accommodation in a Kingdom Club Suite at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, four admission tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland Park, a complimentary breakfast at the Kingdom Club, a high-tea set at the Grand Salon and a Character dinner at the Enchanted Garden restaurant.
The top 20 Summer Pass holders will be announced to the public on October 20, 2006 on this website.
All Summer Pass holders are recommended to hold their tickets until the announcement date for verification and reward redemption.
