What is the difference between Peak Days and Special Days?
Peak Days are weekends and certain vacation periods which are popular with our Guests. Special Days are holidays or other occasions when people plan in advance to gather with friends and families on a specific day, such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day and days during Chinese New Year and Golden Week.
Tickets will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase or date the tickets are picked up if bought online. The expiration date will be printed on the back of the new ticket.
Can I use one type of ticket for entry on another type of day?
All ticket changes are subject to availability. An unexpired Regular Day ticket may be upgraded for a Peak or Special Day ticket by paying the price difference. An unexpired Peak Day ticket may be changed for a Special Day ticket. Special Day tickets must be used on the date specified.
We encourage guests to arrive early to the park to ensure entry and to enjoy a full day of fun. Guests can ensure entry on a Special Day by purchasing a date specific ticket in advance. Guests can also visit the Main Entrance ticket booth at the front of the park to see if tickets are available.
Hong Kong Disneyland will proactively communicate if the Park has reached capacity prior to guests arriving at the gate through a number of different channels - announcements on radio, public messaging boards on the transportation network, and online at hongkongdisneyland.com. Through this system, Guests will be aware that the park has reached capacity before they arrive at Hong Kong Disneyland.
